8 ounces chow mein noodles
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 boneless, skinless chicken bosoms, daintily cut
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 little onion, cut
1 cup cut carrots
1 cup cut chime peppers (any tone)
1 cup cut cabbage
1 cup bean sprouts
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon shellfish sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Green onions, cut (for embellish)
Directions:
Cook the chow mein noodles as per the bundle guidelines. Channel and put away.
In an enormous wok or skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high intensity.
Add the cut chicken to the skillet and sautéed food for around 4-5 minutes until cooked through.Dispose of the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In similar container, add the minced garlic, cut onion, carrots, ringer peppers, and cabbage.
Pan sear for around 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are fresh delicate.
Add the bean fledglings to the skillet and sautéed food for an extra 1-2 minutes.
In a little bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, shellfish sauce, sugar, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce over the vegetables in the dish and mix to cover.
Add the cooked chicken and chow mein noodles to the dish.
Throw everything together until all around joined and warmed through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the chicken chow mein hot, embellished with cut green onions.
